Delete it in the app

1. Open Hello Iris and go to More → Profile.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Email hello@helloirisapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and everything in it are deleted permanently: your profile, business details, chats with Iris, plan, goals, tracked numbers, money entries, journal, Business Hub, wins, habits, weekly reviews and feedback. This cannot be undone. If you would like a copy first, use More → Export in the app.

What is kept

• If you tell us why you are leaving, that reason is kept without any link to you.
• Payment records held by Apple, Google, RevenueCat or Stripe are kept under their rules, and we may keep limited records where the law requires (for example for taxes).
