Hello Iris

Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Daria Simhony LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the Hello Iris app and website. By creating an account or using Hello Iris, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Hello Iris.

1. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. What Hello Iris is, and is not

Hello Iris provides general business coaching and educational information using artificial intelligence. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship. Iris can make mistakes, and its answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check important information and talk to a qualified professional before making legal, tax or financial decisions. You are responsible for your business decisions and their results. We do not promise any particular income or business result.

3. Memberships and payments

  • Hello Iris is a paid membership. Prices are shown before you buy. Founding members keep the founding price for as long as their membership stays active without a break.
  • Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel.
  • If you joined through the App Store or Google Play, payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Cancel in your device's subscription settings; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
  • If you joined by card on our website or checkout page, cancel from the app (Profile → Membership) or by emailing us. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable, but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices for future periods; we will tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies. Founding prices are not changed for active founding members.
  • Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play membership; cancel it there first.

4. Your content

You own what you put into Hello Iris and what Iris writes for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Make sure you have the right to share anything you add (for example photos and documents).

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Hello Iris to break the law; to harm, harass or deceive others; to create content that infringes others' rights; to attempt to access other people's accounts or our systems; to resell or automate access to the service; or to get around usage limits. We may limit, pause or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Fair use limits

To keep Hello Iris available for everyone, AI features have reasonable monthly limits. The app tells you if you reach one.

7. Changes and availability

We work to keep Hello Iris running, but it may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If we make important changes to these terms, we will tell you in advance in the app or by email.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Hello Iris and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; if we stop offering the service, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

Hello Iris is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Hello Iris is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

12. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for Hello Iris or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
